Wow that's quite a huge advertisement in the OP's signature for Alienware. . OP, I could ask you if you think I should get black Levis or Blue Levis? See the point here? You need to provide us you entire reasons for needing the Macbook Air in terms of what you are using for, what programs will you need and such? Both the 11" and 13" serve different purposes.

Doesn't the 13" have way better battery life? Seems like a no brainer then...

It would appear that the 13" is more appropriate.
You indicate size does not matter. The 11" is for someone where size matters a lot, and smallness is needed. The 13" is much more comfortable from a reading and usage perspective. the 13" has significantly better battery life, and a greater screen resolution.

I bought an 11", and I loved it. But there were definitely more times than not, that I wish the screen were a tad larger (especially with my near 50 year old eyes). I bought a 13" MBA a couple of weeks ago, and have since given my 11" to my wife to use. I will miss it, but the 13" is just better for all around.

Okay, after reading your linked thread I have an answer for you, however I'm really not sure why you posted a Mad, Rolled Eyes and Smiley face? At any rate you said you needed more than 4 hours battery life. That won't qualify the 11". Although it's rated at up to 5 hours, that's just it, it's "up to" 5 hours. I can tell you first hand because I've been playing a lot with the new 11" model that it will get you no more than 3.5 hours with normal (no flash-based) websurfing and medium screen brightness and that's in OS X. If you decide to install Windows be prepared for under 3 hours.

You'd be better off with the 13" since it's rated up to 7 hours battery life.

I have a 2010 1.4 ghz 11 inch model and have no problems getting 7 hours on my machine with snow leopard. so if your willing to sacrifice performance the 2010s do get 7 hours with clicktoflash and medium brightness. Be prepared for extremely low battery life in windows though.

That's really a question only you can answer since it's your money being spent, but for all practical purposes it's common sense the larger the storage space the better. You have a lot of external storage so again that's a question only you can answer based on what you use those 4 external hard drives for......which again, you're leaving out important info along with your question....in this case you never stated what you're using the external storage for or how much of it is currently being used? I don't mean to be harsh, we need more info, we're not mind readers. :D

    thanks for your help

    u said that
If i have decide to install Windows be prepared for under 3 hours.
that means that we can install windows on macbook air
So, can we use both of them together or i have to remove one mac or windows
and if yes both works together than what is the performance than slow or the same

Yes, that's the beauty of having a Mac and some of the reasons that the prices can be justified. You can in fact install Windows on a separate partition or by way of virtual machine to run your Windows programs along side your Mac OS programs. Apple provides the drivers. Just to be clear, they are not the best drivers in terms of the trackpad and you'll miss some features along with lesser battery life but it's great that you can in fact have the best of both worlds on your Macbook Air.

Just saw your reply to my earlier post....okay, so if you do plan on installing Windows to run some apps or games then you should go for the 256GB SSD. The 128 will get eaten up faster than you think, it doesn't go a long way these days.
