It HAS already been replaced with the 13.3" Macbook Pro... it was renamed, as you can see.

This is the old version of the new 13" MacBook Pro which was just released a couple of months ago, so if you're seeking the latest & greatest visit the Apple Store and check out the current offerings. The new ones offer slightly improved specs, a wider gamut LCD screen, better battery life by a large margin, and a backlit keyboard among other changes.

Or you can also try eBay, see if they qualify for Bing cashback and free shipping.

Don't know; I checked the Intel site and no CPU with those exact specs is listed. I would assume it's a down clocked P8400 but can't say for sure.

As for price/performance it's a great machine for the money. The only newer model you could get for the same price is one of the white polycarbonate MacBooks, and you'd lose the durability and thin and light factor of the aluminum unibody.
