I think the only problem you'll encounter is that it's a bit trickier to install a new hard drive into the MBP. You have to remove the casing to get to the hard-drive. Plus, doing that could void the warranty if you break something else in there during the surgery. Both use 2.5'' drives so it's not a matter of incompatibility.

If your needing the data off it you have several options.

Network the MP & MBP but may be slow if on 100BaseT.
Use a USB adapter to mount the HD on MBP, then transfer your files (real fast).
    Or use Time capsule.

    Thank you all :)
Assembling things is not a problem to me. I just wonder how the Mac OS from Macbook will perform on Macbook Pro.

They use the same OS. I assume you were running Leopard on the macbook, and the MBP will come with that OS as well. In terms of software, it will be completely compatible.

It's not exactly like that, i mean that i want to put my old HDD (running in Macbook) to the new Macbook Pro and continue using my installation of Leopard in it. Is it ok ?

Please be aware of this. It will definitely kill the warranty.

Only if the surgery breaks another part of the guts of the MBP. :D

Why not just go to an Apple store and have them do the transfer? If you want to keep the hard drive for an external that's always possible, but I think the transfer is a free service (might be wrong on that, but not on an Apple store being able to do the transfer)
Congrats on the new MBP. I love mine!

Thank you, but i just want to ask about the os, not the hard drive it self. But i think i'm OK for now :)
