So I was wondering if and how Mac OSX can bridge two connections like xp/vista does through the network connections in control panel? Reason I am asking is cuz I want to have my xbox 360 connected to a hub and the hub connected to my macbook pro. By bridging the connections I effectively force the 360 to hijack the MBPs wireless, thereby making my xbox 360 wireless! I know this works in windows... was wondering how I would do it in Mac OSX?

Do you mean like in this thread?

The video from CNET show you how to share connections. For the MBP go to System Preferences --> Sharing --> Internet. Select Airport and Click Start.

Except that its the other way around... instead of the internet being plugged into my ethernet, it is my xbox 360 (which obviously doesn't magically have internet access) so I'm trying to be cordless except for the cat 5 between my 360 and my laptop (hub or switch in between). Unless the way he showed to create a hotspot would actually work... but then again, I would need a wired ethernet connection to the internet....

so what I'm getting so far is that you can't bridge connections... :(
