Could someone give me a tip on how to open the back without destroying anything :) ?

Thanks in advance maybe photos of steps on how to change hard drive would be good too.

i opened the back up but now i am facing 4 screws that are so small although i have the laptop screw driver i cant even turn those darn screws need help please how do i undo these screws lol.

What the hell why is it so hard to change hard drive and take out batteries with Apple stuff? WHy do they do this on purpose making it so hard to change simple hard drive and taking out batteries.

    PC's are so much easier.

I tried pulling out the plastic tabs but all that does is to make the plastic tab come apart from the battery and hard drive oh my god.

I understand that you are in "apple hating season",but-

1)AFAIK,there is 1 screw that you need to "turn"
    2)
    sure

    3)In my macbook,there is a step-by-step guide,I think your should have one too,but I think "unscrewing 1 screw" doesn't need a guide.

New MBP? I thought the hard drive was replaceable in that model?

I just upgraded the drive in my last gen MBP to a 320GB 7200rpm. I had to whip out the micro torx set. What a hassle.

    found it on google http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=613Th34BBhg

and thanks for the link xirurg

i need the torx t6 screw driver but i dont have one so the fitting is not snuggly.

Grrr Apple has really gone out of their way just to be different they used Torx T6 screws on all 4 corners of the hard drive for snuggly fitting into the bay.
