    This is in XP Home.

I've even tried without encryption. No dice. The same wireless network that works without issue in OS X cannot provide me with a valid IP address in XP. What the heck?

Have you tried going to the wireless chipset manufacturer's Web site and downloading updated drivers for XP? The ones from the Boot Camp CD might be a bit flaky on your system.

    Apple's wireless drivers should work.

The simplest solution to try is to Right-Click the Wireless Connection and choose Repair. Also try restarting your computer and disconnect your router's power supply.

If you still have trouble connecting look into the wireless connection's Properties and make any necessary changes.

You can also look for updated firmware for your wireless router. Browse the manufacturer's website.
