    Hello.

I'm currently looking for a bluetooth keyboard to use with my MacBook Pro. I'm running Boot Camp, so the keyboard has to support both OS X Leopard and Windows XP.

I've found these 3 alternatives so far:
Logitech Cordless Mediaboard: It doesn't cost too much, and it does have an integrated touchpad. Does it support OS X? And it's made for PS3, does it work with MacBook Pro at all?

Logitech DiNivo Edge: Much better design, but costs almost twice as much. Doesn't support OS X officially, but seems easy enough to get it working with OS X. Does also have an integrated touchpad, which is nice.

Apple Wireless Keyboard: Nice design, supports OS X for sure. Although no integrated touchpad on this one. Does it support Windows XP?

Which one would you get? Are there any other good alternatives?

Any keyboard should work, but its extra features likely won't work if it does not explicitly support OS X or XP. After a quick search it seems as though the Apple keyboard should work fine in Windows, you will just need to toggle the power to get Windows to recognize it. As for the 2 Logitechs, you may have a tough time getting the mouse function to work in OS X, but the main keyboard part should work fine.

I use and LOVE the Apple keyboard, and you do NOT need to toggle the power to get Windows to recognize it. It works immediately when booting either OS, and I absolutely love it. One of the nicest, simplest keyboards I've ever used. Just works superbly.

I also have the diNovo Edge keyboard for my HTPC, and my wife has one for her Thinkpad when connected to an external display. I like the diNovo very much, and the keys are beautiful, but it does get the occasional interference so that things don't work for a few seconds, which I find rather annoying. Both of them do it. *sigh*

I think the Apple keyboard is better, overall. Simpler, smaller, lighter, yet maintaining full-size keys (same layout as the MBP). Yes, you lose the touchpad of the Edge keyboard, but... I'd never use that unless with an HTPC, which I do :D Real mouse is better when connected to an external display.

Are you talking about the new Apple Keyboard or the previous Apple Pro Keyboard? Because the new Apple keyboard's layout is actually based on the MacBook :).

Yes indeed it is. My apologies for the confusion. They're very similar-ish. But yes, Macbook :)

    No problem :).

I like the MacBook's keyboard layout myself...it looks and feels nice.
