    Best Buy would not return or exchange my ipod touch!!!

    they said i exchanged it 5times already and they are not doing it again! wtf? it is still under 30day of return or exhange they dont say on their policy max exchange is 5!!!! Noooo!!!!! i want to return it!!!

    yea i have light greena nd red pixels when i tilt my touch!! I paid $400 bucks with this thing adn they said go to a apple store! wow!!! just wow!!!!

    why did you exchange it 5 times? so you're saying you exchanged it 5 times in 30 days?

    yea because them ipod touch get pixels bad and black neg, but i love the ipod touch so much i just have to find the flawless one, yea i tested it for 1 week sometimes 2days then exhancge lol, hehehhe i want good quality ipod! i as thinking about going for the the classic since im going to the philippines and not much wi-fi there!

    do you mean the colours change when you tilt it...? that's probably just the LCD screen.... if it's the same problem with 5 different iPods... don't you think they're just like that?

    Hmm...I don't get any stuck pixels on my iPod Touch. Anyway, I don't think you should take that from them. All you are looking for is a good product, and if it just so happened that after 5 times, the product still wasn't the way it was supposed to be, then its not your fault and I don't see why Best Buy wouldn't at least refund it for you.

    ok i guess i plan keeping it i dont really notice it alot!, i will give them a chance, so im movin gout the country for school, can i buy apple care over there? and they cover everything even my laptop as long i bought the apple care in asia? all my products are bought here in USA., at leat i will have peace of mind if i get seroius dead pixels then i have warranty.



    OT Q's: IS IT OKAY TO KEEP THE IPOD TOUCH PLUGGED IN ALL THE TIME? IT:S ALWAYS ON A DOCK AND IT IS PLUG IN 24/7, but my battery indicator is slighty less :((. i only had it for a week.

    Is this the entire story, kamkazeephi? Seems very odd that you've returned so many iPods in so short a period - and then having Best Buy suddenly, after previously allowing so many returns, abruptly reverse itself and now refuse to take a bad machine back. First time I've ever heard of a situation quite like this.

    Maybe you should reconsider your choice of product if you've had five devices that you consider to be defective.

    That said, my iPod touch has no stuck/dead pixels.

    yea very weird i guess it will hurt their budget...the lady said that after so many return we have the right to refuse to do anthing with it then i said wow!!! very weird to her and she didnt say anything lol...well the 5th one i got had perfect screen! then after i put in movies or couple use with it, it started to show, :(, hmmm so can anyone answer the question from my last post? can i keep it plug in 24/7? but the indicator is a little less. maybe i lost bat life already?
