When using my Air I am almost always close to a power outlet. Should I keep the power adapter plugged in?
Or should I run full cycles, and only start charging when the battery is almost empty?

I tried searching the only thing I found was: Apple does not recommend leaving your portable plugged in all the time.

I would follow Apple's advice on this one...but if I was always near a plug I'd still be too lazy to plug it in..hah.

So you mean making as large as possible cycles?

that's what is unclear to me. Go from 100% to 0% everytime?

It's advised in my laptop's manual to perform full cycles like that once in a while.... like say after 20 normal recharges... and also when you FIRST buy the laptop and before you use it..
