Does anyone have any alternatives to GoToMeeting for Mac user?

The meeting organizer can't record the meeting, if he's using the Mac version. The only workaround is to hand-off the organizer position to a Windows user who can then record the meeting.

I've tried the screen recording capabilities of Quicktime, but audio is not recorded when doing a screen recording.

I'm looking for a viable alternative for a Mac organizer, with fellow Windows attendees.

When you start a new screen recording, there is a little white down arrow at the top right... if you click it you can choose the audio source and it does indeed capture audio, but by default it disables audio.

As to your actual question, I'm not sure...

The problem with QT is that it won't pick up sound from the other GTM users online, only the ambient sound from the mic.

yeah... when I record sounds from the Mac, I use Sound Flower to reroute the Mac sounds into an Input, then set Quicktime to the Soundflower input.

I'm not sure if it would have the features you are after, but TeamViewer is great and free for personal use too

They have flexible licenses. For example, if you need to host a large meeting today, you could scale your licenses to 100 people. When you finish, you could switch back to 1.
