Xcode is the main free IDE that is for Mac and iOS programming... it can do C, C++, ObjC easily.. and more.

If you want to do Java, just get a good Java IDE like Eclipse or NetBeans, etc...

    Howdy,

XCode (the most recent version) is free if you have Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion). It is available in the App Store. You can find out more info here:
Download Xcode 4 - Apple Developer

XCode is probably the best way to develop programs for Mac OS X, as it comes with the necessary SDKs. Plus, it is the only official way to write iOS applications. Good luck!
