I've never used Applescript or Automator, but this seems pretty possible.

I use a wired M$ optical and a wireless Bluetooth mouse which require different mouse tracking.

Is there a way to assign this to a key command or something?

If it's a simple RTFM thing, kindly tell me which process I am after, I'm not even sure what Automator is.
