    Apple could remove headphone jack on 2016 MacBook Pro
    Images looking like the 2016 MacBook Pro could have lightning port in place of headphone jack, consistent with iPhone 7..

    That image is just an artist's rendering. Granted, if Apple were to do away with the 3.5mm headphone jack on their laptops, they'd get quite the backlash from their customer base.

    I think i read yesterday that Apple was going to dump the standard USB 2.0/3.0 sockets on the Macbook.

    Also that they were going to switch from Intel CPU`s to a Apple custom ARM based one.

    This is all speculation at the moment so take it with a large pinch of salt.
