besides the actual "satisfaction" the loyalty factor should also be considered; then again, that's part of the reason why apple is charging everyone a premium for.

I actually had someone try to tell me people lied on the survey in order to justify paying a premium for a Mac. I told him that if anything people would complain more if Apple service was bad.

here as well as Apple forums.. Apple fan sites.. and elsewhere.. Apple users complain all the time... lotsa non-Apple users do honestly think that Apple users just buy anything and never complain. Apple customers are probably some of the biggest complainers there are... I'm so happy to not work in support anymore.

I completely agree with this statement, especially since I am a part of that group :p. I guess after paying this much for Apple's products, the consumer deserves the right to have a perfect system.

That's a breath of fresh air, in the case that something does happen to my MB, or anybody else's Apple product. It's a relief to know that they're gonna be there when you need them. ;) *for the most part* :p

There's no surprise here. People pay premiums for it thus they deserve the best tech support. Apple would be a total failure if they weren't at the top of the customer satisfaction list.

I'm pretty sure he was referring to people paying a premium for Apple PRODUCTS, not the customer service. ;)
