    Available here.

While Apple keeps a tight lip on the contents of the update, simply stating the old "bug fixes" jargon, analysis of the update by Macrumors.com has shown some improvments to the graphics structure, a new nVidia driver, and some OpenGL improvements.

    woohoo.

Some ppl also say the laptop seems to be running cooler, can anyone confirm that? They also speculate that the patch might have under clocked the GPU to lower temperature.

A progam like CPU-Z would show the voltage.

Sadly i haven't found a suitable Mac alternative or PCWizard. CPUID makes some great stuff though, I use em all the time on my windows equipped machines.

I've been playing with core duo temp, the new update is messing with that program anyway...It's now displaying temps 5 degrees cooler than smcfancontrol does, and it also seems to randomly underclock the cpu...though not with any regularity.

Running cooler? Depends on which of my 3 programs that register temperature you believe. Looks like a few degrees though. Mid ~40s with baseline fan speed of 3000 rpm. Underclocking? Looks like it.

Can some body run some benchmarks? Hopefully if they did underclock the GPU then it is dynamic and if the GPU is being stressed the clock returns to normal. Also is the underclocking being done by firmware or by software driver in OSX? Will it effect windows clocks?

Yeah, the underclock is worrying, in addition is fine when plugged in under stress?
