    my friend gots this powerbook she got, and was lookin for some cool glow cases or what not that they have, anyone know a good website where they can purchase different accessories for their computer

    I haven't heard of any site that offers "glow cases" for your notebook - at any rate, it would be extremely difficult to install them onto your notebook.

    lol ok thanks, its actually a friends laptop.. and she said that she saw some laptop like hers but they had their case glowing and what not

    you could try getting a paintjob for it-check out colorware they do some beautiful work. I like the ferrari red the best. Includes a 1yr warranty and the price isn't to bad

    So i'm basically reviving this thread here.

    Has anyone used Colorware? I remember seeing this featured in a magazine a while ago, just I'm wondering about how it affects the warranty with Apple.

    I've seen some say its ok, and some say its not. I'm kind of thinking its ok, because since Apple doesn't cover anything cosmetic, why should they void a warranty for something that is cosmetic?
