Apple Mac Phone Back Up / Customer Service is the most professional I have ever ever used. Apple and Alienware Customer support are probably the best in the world.

I am totally impressed with Apple Customer Service, they answered the phone within 30 seconds and i got through their iMac Help Desk always within 1 minute and they always fix our problems.

Our problems may seem idiotic but we are totally new to iMac or Apple Mac OSX.

Keep up the great work guys and gals from Apple Computers.

    Thanks from very happy customers.

In general I agree with you. Apple gets high marks for its support and thats one of the reasons its expensive. Most of the times I've used Apple support it has been excellent but this year there were several notable exceptions.

This has not exactly been a stellar year for Apple customer care. Between a large number of Leopard issues, initially the iPhone 2.0/3G rollout was a customer care disaster, and the ongoing MobileMe fiasco is still a customer care nightmare that makes bargain basement offshore tech support look great.

I think this was more about prematurity releasing things that were not ready for release or trying to do too much at once, and overwhelming what it normally great support but the result is the same - a poor customer experience.

All I can say is I hope Apple learns from this year, because if 2009 is anything like 2008, a lot of folks like myself will be rethinking their commitment to Apple.

This really depends on the time of day you call them. During the busier parts of the day, expect a 15+ minute wait before you can talk to someone. On the plus side, the person will speak English :p

I've heard only great things about Apple Customer Service (never had to deal with them at all, my computer works great) and just plain awful things about Alienware Customer Service...

Yeah, Apple prides itself in having all call centers in Canada and the USA, so there's no call centers in India or anything.

I had terrible experience with Alienware laptop and all sorts of stuff. I wrote about my experience some mods threatened to ban me for it.

Anyway i am still waiting for the replacement computer but it's gonna be a long wait.

My only dismay with Apple is no Blu RAY :)

Aside from that it's all cool.
