    Hey my friend says she has an apple Ibook g4 a1134 with a broken 14" screen. What must I be aware of to replace it? Does it have to match the exact model? Im a pc guy so please fill me in. I can handle the hardware end but I know nada bout macs..she needs to fix this b4 her dad see it and kills her so please help!

    They will fix it overnight if it is the actual screen. The cost will be about $450, far less than the ~$700-1000 Apple will charge. If it is a broken ribbon, I am sure they can also fix that and it will be significantly less. Good luck!
