This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Apple Care Extended Warranty Documentation?

    Hi, I just recieved my MBP that I customized and bought ONLINE.....I purchased the 3 year extended warranty, but I recieved nothing inside the package that had to do with it....On the site it looks like when you buy in the store a little box with a red apple is given to you....did they make a mistake? Or do I have to register online or sumthing?

    uhm, possibly, they didn't give you an authorization number at all? when you buy the box in store you open it and there are instructions on how to register your number online, but I don't know how that works if your buying online. I would assume they'd ship you the applecare box.

    I'd probably contact Apple about that one
