    wooo! they answered everyones complaint! I did actually send Apple feedback on this, glad they fixed it.

    now they just need to incorporate this into the nicely animated fan mode, now that would be cool. can't wait for the update.

    Eh, don't really care about list view, but the nested directories was a necessary addition.

    hey it actually looks like there are the 2 Display as Options, so I wonder if you can set display as folder option, and set the grid and fan view modes in the folder option? that is exactly what I was talking about, I hope it actually works like that.

    While I don't really like List View (I think Grid view will be fine), I do like the idea, as Apple is allowing more customization options for Mac OS X (something that has always lacked in OS X). What's next, customizable opacity for the Menu Bar? ;)
