The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    i enabled logging

    yet I dont know where the chat logs are stored

    nowhere to be found in the xchat application folder

    any tips?

    I wound think .xchat2/xchatlogs

    At least that what is on my xchat it hidden folder

    or you talking on mac no clue but that what it does on linux

    In Finder from the Menu Bar choose Go > Go to Folder, then copy/paste the following:

    ~/Library/Application Support/X-Chat Aqua/xchatlogs
    There is also ~/.xchat2/ but it's just an alias to the folder containing the above mentioned directory, and it's hidden.
