I hope they run as good as the windows version. Then I dont have to dual boot anymore and get my 40GB that Windows wastes back!

Saw that...good news for sure. The original Unreal and Unreal Tournament used to be on Mac, then Epic Games kinda decided they didn't give a **** anymore and dumped all their money into the PC versions.

If the UT3 mods will work on Mac too, I'll poop my pants.

I could swear UT2K3 and UT2K4 were also released for the Mac (I think even as Mac/Windows hybrid discs)?

Have you guys seen the stuff they have been doing with the new, yet un-released Open GL? I think its 4.0, right? Its on par, it not better than what DX10 can put out.

Can you imagine what would happen if OpenGL came back into the market full tilt and started competing with DX10? Not only would we have GPU wars, we'd have API wars! Sounds awesome to me.

Seriously though, Gears of War? A game previously made only for XBOX360 on a Mac. Are Gates and Jobs getting soft in their old age and teaming up? Also, sounds awesome to me.

Epic has been a fairly longtime supporter of the Mac platform (along with companies like id and Blizzard).

Very nice to know that big time companies are moving their games to Mac as well. However, it's kinda sad that small time companies or groups like Japanese game makers still stick to Windows.... :(

I wonder how long it will be till XBOX360 and PS3 games today will be emulated on PC computers similar to how PS2 games are emulated now. 5 years? When we have Octocores?
