    Just picked it up last night and was lucky enough that it was the last one they had in the back! No dead/stuck pixels, no dust/hair/little particles of any kind under the glass, very very evenly lit backlighting and surprisingly alot bigger than the 23" ACD!

    The colors are just gorgeous and 99.999% of the time it doesnt feel like a glossy screen. Not to mention the H-IPS + LED backlight is amazingly eye candy good!

    Yeah I sometimes miss the IPS screen on my T42. I've thought about ditching my R60 many times and getting a IPS ThinkPad, but I really like the 14" SXGA+ form factor. I was in the Apple store not too long ago. The Cinema Display was quite nice, congrats.

    I wish I had the money for one. The productivity of having two screens is great, especially for programming and what not. Having an IPS panel is bonus.

    Glad you're enjoying it! And best of all, no hum from the CCFL since there is no CCFL! :D

    I give it 24 hours till you find something you don't like. :p :p

    I can't believe my order from December 1 still hasn't shipped, but then again, Apple did give me a free upgrade from my 23" so I'm not complaining quite yet. :)

    And now mine is in the "Prepared for shipment" phase. Perhaps it will ship Wednesday! Then I'll have it Thursday, and can hopefully join you in LED heaven jj!

    Yes indeed! It shipped today (Wednesday) as in on schedule for delivery Thursday. I'll be sure to take some pictures and post impressions as soon as I have it... :)
