I need a mouse for my mb. The apple one looks nice but i heard it has issues. Any suggestions? Also, nothing too too small, but not big either (travel mouse).

I keep reading that the logitech vx revolution is awesome but crashes OS X when it falls asleep. Has the bug been addressed?

The issues with the bluetooth mighty mouse seemed to have been fixed "silently" as I had problems with mine when I purchased it last November, so I got it changed in March. Now everything seems to be working fine all the time.

i've read that about the vx revolution on macs. Apparently they work fine on pcs but on macs when the mac and?/?or the mouse go to sleep mode the OS X crashes. It ought to be fixed with an ez driver update, but I know some people were complaining about this as late as Feb. 2007, but maybe they were also new purchasers of the mouse and had no idea whether the newest updates at that time fixed the problem. Unfortunately I don't know if the updates addressed the issue or not (hence my hesitation to buy the product. I'm actually going to go for the Logitech V200).

yeah, i heard about the whole crashing thing as well. but i heard that bluetooth mice, without making the computer crash, actually makes the computer feel sluggish. as if the processor was being over worked.

I could have swore i read that somewhere.

Well, with bluetooth on you do consume more power (I'm making what I think to be a logical assumption).

Hey if anyone knows anything about RAM sticks please check out my post on the MAC OS X forum. Thanks :D

I've never experienced any slowdowns while using my V270. It might use up a little bit of CPU, but we're talking <5% here (of 200% available).

Does anyone know what's up with the tracking of arrow on movements in macbook pro's. When you move your mouse, on pc's it jus moves at the tempo of my speed of movement. However, on macs, the arrow moves slowly when I move slow and there is a bit of lag, then when I jerk it a bit, it's all the way on the other side of the screen. Tried preferences, but does anyone know what's up with this. It's a old logitech optical wire.
