Hi all! I'm really glad I got a mac. The MacOSX is really nice, but there are still some things I don't know how to do.

1.- I was looking for a msn messenger with you know, all that videoconference, winks, and stuff. Im using Adium, it works, but i wonder if there is anything better.

2.- How would you resize, create, move partitions in a non-destructive way? Is there any commad line tool to manage the systems partition table (just like cfdisk on linux)? How would you move a fat32, ntfs and resize a HFS+? I dont know if its too much, but all my mac os is using about 20 gigs which is a bit too much.

    Thanks like always :)

    1. you could try using Skype I guess I am not really sure.
    2. To date, I believe the first non-destructive partion tool for Mac is Boot Camp. It of course only works for installing Windows and is not a stand alone tool.

    Good Luck!

MSN is a product of Microsoft, a rival of Apples, I have read countless posts of the whole MSN Messenger thing, everyone states that it basically barely works with OS X, there is no Audio or video support for it as well. (no isight or its builtin microphone) there are currently some open source projects working on this, but haven't heard much of it.

You're better off just sticking with some open source software that can at least get a decent connection to MSN network. Perhaps someone else here will suggest one, I don't use MSN.
