So im going to return this mbp and perhaps get another one or just switch to m1330. I've heard of this but never found out how to figure it out. When you look at the serials on the box, can you tell if it's more recent than others? I want this exchanged one to be a brand new one where the yellow screen is fixed and other small things.

I have the m1210 and love it, the m1330 looks great. But I still wanted a mac and I just cant put my mbp down. Dell should have put a backlit keypad in the 1330 and that would have made me sell my 1210.I would think that you would be happy with either.

Just switch to m1330. You MBP purchase seemed doomed from the get go.

The pictures on Engadget about M1330 got me to sell my m1210. But after I sold my m1210, the SR MBP's specs enthralled me...

Also, if you configure a M1330 to the same specs as the base model SR MBP, it's going to be more expensive! ( and I got Education discount--200 off and free iPod)
