So I just took the plunge and bought the 2.2 MBP 15 and it's great. I've been using windows for a long time so I'm quite a mac noob :).

Anyways, does anyone have any recommendations for a good notebook sleeve? Something not too expensive would be nice, but I'm not sure as I've never bought a sleeve.

Oh and does anyone know where/what that program is that allows me to switch the gpu manually.. I remember seeing it but can't remember where.

    Thanks,
    Ben

i use in case notebook sleeve for macbook pro 15. its very nice.

use gfxcardstatus to manually switch gpu. you can also do this via system preferences.

gfxcardstatus lets you manually switch... system preferences does not. System preferences is basically dynamic switch, or discrete GPU... gfxcardstatus has those two options as well as the Intel IGP only too.
