    First Problem
I set my desktop to dynamic desktop and I basically asked it to rotate the pictures in my picture folder every 5 minutes. The strange thing is it tend not to remember that setting. Sometimes the computer will boot back into the blue line wallpaper. When I check my wallpaper setting it shows the setting that I set before. weird...

    2nd Problem
I noticed my computer keeps on crashing when I try to move the mouse to turn off the screen saver and resume work. It happened 3 times and all after the screen saver. I did some research and there were cases that mac screensaver is buggy and crashes the computer. I just want to make sure if that is true. if that is the case then I guess I'm gonna turn it off.

    Thank guys

i don't think that is the case, there might be an issue with that machine actually, i have seen many MBP's with no issue with the dynamic desktop, I know a lot of people that have it change every minute, and use the screensaver without any issues.

maybe check your dynamic desktop settings, make sure the folder of photos it is using is alright, etc.

    good luck

ok it crashes even if I left it idle for a while. Is it possible that I caught a virus or something? Spyware? I don't know is there any free scan tool for those?

No it's not virus or hardware. Likely there is either something up with your OS X install or you have a hardware issue. There are a couple of things to try. One, use a different account, see if that fixes it. If it does, then you have a preferences issue in your everyday account. If that does not work, you could always do an archive and install, or a full install of OS X. If the problem persists it is probably hardware. Call AppleCare and they will have you ship it in for repair.

Have you install some new software since you've gotten your macbook? If so there might be a conflict. Go into disk utility and restore permission, that usually helps in my case when there's something that goes buggy
