Well, here are two things to consider. Apple decides pricing, and these guys only accept Western Union. I would say no. But you never know. Even a refurb of the 1.83 will cost around 1600. The are selling a 2.0 with 1gb RAM for 999? Are they like an unclaimed merchandise place? I couldn't find where they explain why they are so cheap.

It's a scam. Their privacy policy claims they use SSL to protect all personal information but they clearly don't. They claim to be a TRUSTe licensee but they are not. And the site was only set up last month.

    Don't do business with them.

Plus with Western Union, once that money is gone its gone. Their FAQ says they don't take credit cards because they have had a rash of fraud lately. Definitely stay away.

This is why I buy with my American Express card because I know if there is a problem they can help resolve it.
