    For 999$, it looks like a great deal! Since Apple outlet is known for offering really_like_new products, 200$ discount gives it better price/everything ratio!

    P.S.

    Also, new mac mini is available and some of other products like 13" uMB had price cut-offs!

    Crap I just got one on Saturday with Ipod (free after rebate) for a total of $1460!

    Can you get a free ipod with the refurbihsed model of the MBP?

    I thought Apple had the 14 day return deal? So can't he return his and buy the one off the outlet?

    I think the return policy is 14 days, but with a 10% restocking fee.

    There is a 14 day return period. There is no restocking fee if everything is sealed. There is a 10% restocking fee if the seal is broken.

    yes, there's a 10% restocking fee if the seal is broken but i guess the seal is already broken by now as a result of being overexcited at getting a mac. :D :D

    Not in VA. 5% tax = $1048- shipped.

    Stilll covered by Apple 1 year warranty and eligible for Applecare.

    If someone from eBay offers it for $1050, plus Bing, now that's a different story.

    Yes. Mine was for the MBA. For the MBP 13" you're still better of with Apple refurb or Amazon.

    That's for 2.0 GHz previous generation. The $999 one is for the 2.26 GHz with SD card and illuminated keyboard.

    What about the 2.53 GHz?? That is the one I would like to have :D :D
    Then I can get off this work computer that just did a Windows update and put IE8 on it and took off FF and now is Scr**ing up my NBR and internet.
