I've got a 12" iBook that I bought last year.
It's not even a year old yet.
It's got 1GB of ram right now, and the operating system is down to its bare minimum since I run Protools and Mbox for music production.

I'm thinking about selling this unit.
It still looks brand spankin new.
How much do you think I could sell it for?

Man, I feel for you. Today, no one with any sense would pay much for a G4 iBook. Nevertheless, there are obviously a lot of people out there without any sense. A quick Froogle search turned up G4 iBooks selling for $1000 and even more. As Mr. T said, I pity da foo'.

My wife has a G3 iBook. I was thinking if I could get $100-200 for it I'd be happy.

There's plenty of people who would still be interested in a 12" iBook G4; it's still perfectly useable, and someone who just needs it for word processing, etc. doesn't specifically need to have a MacBook. Someone who doesn't need that is happy to spend $500-750 or so for an older machine. From looking at the Marketplace on MacNN's forums, for example, it seems like you might be able to get around $600-700 for it (I saw someone selling a 1.2GHz iBook G4 12" with 1.25 gigs of RAM for $650, for example.

Check sold auctions on ebay. 500-750 seems about right though.
