    Thanks for the heads-up.
Hopefully, it'll address the issues some of you guys are having with your MBPs freezing. They're very nice machines :).

Nope, my 2011 13" MBP is actually acting a little better especially now that it can output video via VGA without issues to my monitor at work (I was running into problem outputting high resolution video and was forced to use 1024X78 but now that problem has been solved).

No problems... no improvements that I have noticed either.

Anyone saw better performance with 10.6.7 in games? (more exactly games as SC2, WoW, etc..)

I did what is now becoming my SOP with OSX updates:

    1. make sure my stuff was backed up
    2. DL the Combo update
    3. Install Combo
    4. Repair disk permissions
    5. Clear User and system caches
    6. Reboot and reset PRAM
    7. Pray

Frankly, I haven't noticed any real difference, positive or negative, on my 2008 MBP. I did notice that without repairing permissions, etc. that my MBP was much slower when restarting after the update; after doing all that stuff, it is fine.

I've installed every single update on all of my machines since I started using OSX as my main OS back in 10.2 ... its never messed up and needed the combo update. I don't get why everyone has issues with this.
