Has anyone here tried mining at all with their M15x?

Will waiting on a new GPU for my old dell xps720 thats been bought out of retirement to have a go at mining to see if its worth while I thought I would try the M15x at it. With my 920xm and GTX 560m I am getting a khash/s rate of about 55 which i am very surprised at. Temps are around the 78C mark

I can't wait for this to all just crash for good... :(

You could do it, but you're going to running and max thermals 24/7, which is not good for machines like these.

I only did it to see what it could do and wondered if anyone else was doing it. Just out of interest really and I only ran it for 15 minutes. I use my m15x for work so don't want to kill it anytime soon

Actually you underestimate the M15x Johnny. I used to run video encoding at 25x 100% load for 14 hours at a time. Temps leveled out at 95C with no throttling. That was 2 years ago now!

You believe that having everyone run under those conditions would not affect overall failure rates?

I managed to run two instances for bitcoins on my m15x for a little while until I quit. Just didn't want to invest the time into something with hardly any returns unless you get those crazy setups serious miners will run.
