Windows just updated and now touch buttons (eject, media controls, volume, wireless, cmd center, stealth) don't work or change brightness.
What do?
Is there a driver I can reinstall for this?
FIXED: It started working again randomly

I'd try reinstalling the Dell drivers related to those touch buttons, I'm waste deep in programming so the specific one escapes my mind at the moment.
I'm installing the new updates as we speak, hmm, I may just have the same issue your having if it's not an isolated issue. I'll post back. -
Good luck,

Drivers and Downloads (Alienware Command Center)
But before reinstalling Command Center, you might try opening AlienFX, switching to a different theme and then switching back to the one you prefer. -
Mine have always been hit and miss. Sometimes they work, others they don't. They always work after a restart, but when waking up from hibernation they don't always.

Did you try the battery drain and seeing if that clears things up? All buttons work fine here after windows updates.
-
i second the battery drain, if no go then reinstall your OSD.
-
Disconnect AC power.
remove battery.
Depress and hold power button for a 20 count.
Replace battery and AC power, power up system. -
-
it wasn't an update. when this does happen (and its fairly rare), just do a power drain.
