See if there are newer drivers on Intel website. I'm on driver version: 14.3.2.1

I'm using the Intel 6300 adaptor and I am using the latest drivers from here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=23712
This would still apply to your 5300 though, see if that improves anything. -
Thank you guys, iam testing it now....

Just upgrade it to 14.3.2.

If you have an Android phone you should download Wifi Analyser and see if your router is currently on the best channel or not.
Channel 11 can get a be crowded if there are lots of wireless networks close together. -
ty for ur answer @fatboyslimerr, i cheked the router channel and it was in 11, so i changed it and works fine now.
But the thing is i have a bigger problem now, while i was playing (League of legends) at high quality but without antiallising or shadows, the computer cruched and throw a blue screen. It already happeded 3 times, i used "whocrushed" software to analize what happed and it says this.
