    Do I need to take out the GPU and CPU? If yes then I'll just tell the Dell Tech I can do it so I know for sure nothing is messed up. (Just to note I've built many computers before so I am confident in my abilities)

    You should be fine if you build computers...

    Its a little more work than you'd think to get to the drive... but its not that bad... here... might wanna save this as every m15x owner should have this saved :) Enjoy and let m know if you need any extra help

    There are many good techs out there. Its the negative service calls which we see posted.

    Glad the issue is resolved shizdan. Closing thread as its resolved and we have links to the proper replace procedure (service manual + teardown video).
