Just out of curiosity, why would you want to blind flash? Did you buy a new card and it wasn't compatible or did you suddenly get black screen and you're trying to fix it? because if it's the latter, then a BIOS flash won't fix your problem.

Hope the pics help. First you need to prep a bootable device like a USB flash drive. Then after turning on the laptop, wait about 5 seconds after the lights come on and the fans start spinning, then spam the F12 key for a few seconds. That should bring up the boot menu (F2 loads the BIOS setup and F12 loads the boot menu). Then you need to select the bootable USB drive (which in my case was the second on the list) by pressing the down arrow once and then the Enter key. After that, it's impossible to walk you through it without knowing what tool you are using to flash the vbios. Best thing to do is format a USB flash drive using Rufus with Freedos and setup the flash program to run automatically using a batch file (autoexec.bat).
Another solution is to give your card to someone with a dual graphics card laptop (like an M17X or M18X).
