    Mx15 BluRay drive problem

    Hi,

    I am having an issue with my mx15 bluray drive. Its plays CDs, the alienware resource DVD, my kids kipper DVD but does not seem to find the majority of my DVD movie discs (originals) nor any of my BluRay movies.

    I have already installed the firmware upgrade from dell...upgraded my bios to the latest version but the problem persists.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Can you post the model of your BD drive?
    Check on the "Device Manager" the "name of the device"

    Also, are you sure you don't have a DVD Region issue?
