Help! The other day I was just using my M15X as normal, and then I got a bluescreen, it was very short and basically on said something like "Stop:", now whenever I boot (even into safe mode/safe mode with networking/safe mode with command prompt) I get a really quick blue screen that doesn't even fully load.

What can I do? I really need this working again for uni work :(.

If you can run in any mode, download and run Who Crashed? from here: Resplendence Software - WhoCrashed, automatic crash dump analyzer. Right now, with no change or precipitating event and no error messages with the BSOD, there is no way to isolate a cause, much less a cure. This program will give you a look at the memory dump(s) when it crashed and sometimes point you in the right direction. Otherwise, all you can do is try any diagnostic utilities or programs that can be run.
