    Lights on touch panel

    Need some help here guys, apparently some of the lights aren't working properly. For example , yellow and white.

    Here's a picture the color it displays

    So instead of yellow or white, it displays a kind of red-ish color. Is there any way i can fix it without calling in support?

    However, if i am required to call support then i am wondering which part they will replace to fix the problem..

    edit : things i tried to fixed it but didn't work
    1. Power drain
    2. Reinstalling Alien Command Center
    3. Fresh install of windows 7.

    By the looks of it, some parts of the LED SMDs are fried.
    Contact support and they'll send you a new media panel (touchstrip).
