    hello everyone my name is jameel.. i am new on this forum..i am only 12 years old but please dont underestimate me.i am a computer/laptop expert just like u guys.recently i bought a new alienware m15x.. i was playing with it for a few days i enjoyed it!! but one day.. i decided to format it(my stupid mistake)after that install everything but not according to order.. then i reformat and i install with order... still the light not working..then i called the dell support..but it was too terrible..and here is the pictures of my alienware problem please help me. i could not get it enuff sleep :(

    If you use the resource DVD then the only fix is to replace the motherboard;

    ( There is a thread on here about replacing a chip on the motherboard ) but I'm not able to locate it; I'm sure someone will come along who knows more about this than me.

    can i ask dell to replace for me a new one? cause its their fault we install from the recovery.. :( now my warranty is over..

    I would suggest that you shouldn't talk to the rep yourself since he'll take advantage of your juvenile voice. Try to involve an adult.
