    I bet it will, I have one and it can run off of laptop's USB.
    In case you missed it, the Cryo comes with its own small psu ;)

    That cooler will run perfectly fine through usb power, and like katalin said its got a separate power supply. There's another thread about the best cooling pad for M15x, and a few members mentioned trying out this cooler and giving it praise.

    the three that seemed to be talked bout the most were the zalman nc2000, cryo lx, cooler master sf-19.
