    This question is twofold:

    1) I've noticed that when my M15X is running on battery power, the keyboard/trackpad are extremely finicky. They don't always register input and I often find myself having to type slower because my keystrokes don't always register, and using the trackpad is almost unbearable on battery power. Is this a known issue with the M15X, or what could cause this?

    2) The main reason this happens often is because my power input into the laptop is very loose and comes out very easily. There's absolutely no friction holding the plug into the laptop. Is this also common with the M15X, or should it be a more tight fit?
