Just got my m15x yesterday, everything runs perfect as of right now. I just went to install my games from Steam and I noticed that Portal was not pre-installed with Steam as I had specified. I looked at my shipping information list and it said that I had checked off preinstall Steam and Portal, but on my Alienware only Steam was installed. After seeing this it made me angry because not having the would-be-free game installed on my $2500 laptop is completely unacceptable. Anyone know how to get Portal on my system, is there a code I was supposed to enter?

I noticed it when I went to download Black Ops last night that it was not there. Just logged into Steam however and it told me that my OEM license went through. So now I can download it. Thanks for the help though!
