Hey there, I was wondering if anyone's running the new Battlefront game on their rig, specifically with the GeForce 260M card. I have 8 gigs of RAM, the i7 processor, and the GeForce 260M gpu. I was wondering if my rig would be able to run the game at minimum settings or if it'd just crash on start-up? I'm giving serious thought to buying a new GPU soon, but I just don't have that kind of money right now, so if I can run the game at all and could get started in it I'd be pretty happy!

Not even slightly you would need something like a 680M or better to run it.
Minimum specs state GTX 660 which equals 680M or AMD 7850 which again is equal to the AMD 7970M.
Good news for you is that I am thinking to sell my 680M, SSD and 330W PSU for a basic $300 -
I'll put it this way, this game is Battlefield 4 in a nut shell as far as hardware draw.
My 5850M AMD card and Core i7 740QM ran BF4 well. Mind you, I had my settings on low, and my resolution at 900P, overclocked my video card a bit. But I got 60-120 FPS. Can have settings higher but, I'm one of those "needs 80FPS" kind of guys. I believe textures was the one thing I would have at high.
I ran the beta perfectly on my 920XM I7 and 7970M. Can imagine the full release game with the right drivers runs more fluidly.
Anyone running Battlefront?
