I've read that the I7 6700HQ will not use or work with more than 1920 Cuda Cores. Not that I would have any idea what a cuda core is.
I am thinking of getting the AGA. Is there a fix for the 6700/Cuda Core issue?
If there is no fix {which I assume is the case}, what would the effects be? Would a 1080 not work? Would it only use 1920 cores and effectively be a 1070? Would it just slow the 1080 down but still better than a 1070?
Thank You

I don't see why there would be any limit at all.

Wrong thread, but to answer your question the actual bandwith would limit anything more than 1080, but you would still see benefit from it

It didn't lose any performance. Still scored like a normal GTX 1080 TI.
