    How do I set my MX11 R3 back to factory settings?*

    hey everyone im new here n i wanted to ask about the m11xr3.....i download all the stuff from the cd that come with the m11xr3 n the last time it wipe my computer clean.......i tried restore but it just brings me back to after it happened and now it would read any disks or allow me to get on the internet so i was wondering if anyone has ideas on wipe the computer clean to factory version or wht......plz and thx :)

    Hold down f12 when you turn the laptop on and select factory restore from the boot menu and format the drive before you reinstall the factory image.
