    new hybrid driver from dell?

    Yes but they are still different video cards, maybe they will release a driver that supports the 335m shortly as this may be just the initial release.

    Seems to be for the Vostro 3700. As evidenced by the version number I can tell this is a Hybrid Graphics machine with Intel HD rather than a Intel GMA 4500MHD.

    Hybrid Graphics machines like the R1 with Intel GMA 4500MHD can have drivers modded all the way up to the latest/newest on the Nvidia side and version 2020 on the Intel side. The Intel drivers can not go above 2020 without black screen issues.

    Hybrid Graphics machines like the Vostro 3700 with Intel HD only seem to be able to use drivers in the 198 series on the Nvidia side and can use the latest/newest on the Intel side. 198.92 seem to be the latest drivers I have found in the 198 series.
