    I got a refurbished alienware r1 and it didnt come with a nameplate. How can I get one? From dell? I dont need customized, just a nameplate so the bottom dont look weird.

    Call 1-800 Alienware and request it!

    I have mine coming in the mail since mine didn't come with one either ( i bought it refurbished )

    Just make sure you tell them to package it correctly so it doesn't get scratched or bent. Im on my 2nd one cause the 1st one they sent me got bent in the mail

    you can only get the "Custom" name plates if your in the states right??
