    more that one fan?

    Does the M11x have more than one fan? I constantly hear something like a fan spinning from more of the right side. Its not the fan for the 335m because I can see that its not spinning through the vents.

    The noise is noticable and kind of annoying.

    It's the hard drive that is causing the noise/vibration sound. You're correct that the m11x only has 1 fan.

    Thats a pretty loud hdd, sounds like there is always a fan on. Thanks for the info

    How loud is loud? It's possible that you have a bad drive.

    I would say that mine is noticeable, but not bothersome. I can't hear mine until my ear is about 6 inches away from it and there's a slight vibration. If yours is louder, is your computer new/has it always been like that or is it a new problem?

    its not super loud or anything but i can hear it in a quiet room.

    Weird when Im playing games....the fan goes louder than my tv set to 5 volume......And im pretty sure is t he fan
